Top Club in Zhihe Building

本案位于城區(qū)一棟商務樓的頂層。業(yè)主從商多年，一直想要一個符合自己理想的集接待、會客、休閑、辦公、休息為一體的獨立空間。

This scenario is located on the top floorof a commercial building in the city. The owner has been in business for manyyears and has always wanted an independent space that integrates reception, meeting,leisure, office and rest.

因為是頂層，且有自己獨立的空中花園，所以設計師對此案有明確的空間概念，讓空間在鬧市中具備世外桃源的感覺。空間要做到一步一景，每個獨立空間都有一種傳統(tǒng)文化的元素融入，有水鄉(xiāng)有黛瓦有行云有宋瓷有山水。中庭是設計的重點，中間的天井能賞月觀星，星藝設計九大家文化的融入，天、地、人三寶的運用，加上日出東方的墻景，使得空間氣場十足。

Because it is the top floor and has its ownindependent sky garden, the designer has a clear space concept for the design,which makes the space feel like a paradise in the downtown area. The spaceneeds to be a scene on step. Each independent space has an element oftraditional culture, with water and grey tiles as well as mountains and rivers.The atrium is the focus of the design. The middle patio is a good site toappreciate the night view with the moon and stars. The integration of the ninecultures of the star art design, the use of the heavens, the earth and thepeople, together with the sunrise of the eastern wall, make the space full ofaura. 

▌東方公館企業(yè)會所

Oriental Mansion Enterprise Club

本案意在打造一個本真、貼近自然的生活空間。在會館本能的和理性的需求下，設計師舍棄了不必要的裝飾元素，用最直白的裝飾語言打造一個現(xiàn)代簡約的生活空間，不但賦予了空間個性化，還給人一種寧靜的感覺。生活空間聯(lián)系著生活中的每個細節(jié)，每個人對此的理解不盡相同。如曲線空間使現(xiàn)有空間更加開闊，健康空間使人感覺更加安全、舒適且富有人情味。設計可以把人、空間與自然拉得更近，使之更和諧?，F(xiàn)代都市生活節(jié)奏極快，居住者都渴望得到一個簡潔明快、溫暖放松的生活空間。因此，家的裝修不再成為炫耀的資本，而是一種細致入微的感覺。在本案設計中，設計師在突顯設計個性化的同時，更注重的是家的人性化，強調(diào)精神與物質(zhì)的互相包容。

This scenario is intended to create a true,close to nature living space. Under the instinctive and rational needs of theclub, the designer abandoned unnecessary decorative elements and created amodern and simple living space with the most straightforward decorative language,which not only enables the space to be personalized, but also gives people asense of tranquility. The living space is linked to every detail in life, andeveryone's understanding of the life is not the same. For example, the curvedspace makes the existing space more open, the healthy space makes people feelsafer, more comfortable and human. Design can bring people, space and naturecloser together and make it more harmonious. The modern city life is very fast,and the occupants are eager to get a simple, bright, warm and relaxing livingspace. Therefore, the decoration of the home is no longer a show-off capital,but a nuanced feeling. In the design of this case, the designer emphasizes thepersonalization of the design while paying more attention to the humanizationof the family, emphasizing the mutual tolerance of the spirit and the material. 

▌金門大唐娛樂KTV

Jinmen Datang Entertainment KTV

本案為高端會所，室內(nèi)設計風格以唐代元素為主。唐代屬于中國歷史發(fā)展中最為昌盛的時期，唐代建筑氣魄宏偉，嚴整又開朗。該風格突出主體建筑的空間組合，強調(diào)縱軸方向的陪襯手法。其色調(diào)簡潔明快，門窗莊嚴華麗。唐朝裝飾圖案一般色彩比較鮮明，整體配色以暖色為主，以棕色為主色，古樸自然。配以中國紅、金色、藏藍，顯現(xiàn)出華麗感。大量使用陰刻細線，如繪畫線描一樣表現(xiàn)細部。本案采用了中式傳統(tǒng)的對稱手法，使用了龍圖騰，使人在享受優(yōu)雅的同時，感覺到對傳統(tǒng)文化的尊崇。

This scenario is a high-end club, mainlydesigned with Tang dynasty elements. Tang dynasty is the most prosperous periodin ancient Chinese history. Architectures in Tang dynasty are grand, compactand extensive. The space combination of the main building stands out in thisstyle, with emphasis on the foil in longitudinal axis. The key tone is simpleand bright. Gates and windows are magnificent and splendid. The decoratingpatterns in Tang style are usually in bright color. The warm color takes themajor part in the natural and antique color scheme, in which brown is thedominant color. Collocated with bright red, golden and purplish blue, it shows magnificence.Like line drawing in painting, incised carving lines are massively applied torepresent details. The traditional Chinese symmetry and the dragon totem areadopted. While appreciating the grace, one can feel the respect to traditionalculture. 

▌南京路55 號紅酒會所

No.55 Wine Club in Nanjing Road

南京路55號建筑隸屬于天津市政府特殊保護歷史風貌建筑群，國家Ａ級文物保護單位。該教堂起建于二十世紀二三十年代，由當時的猶太人組織修建完成。百年佇立，不僅僅經(jīng)歷了戰(zhàn)爭的洗禮、改革的變遷，也承受了自然環(huán)境的種種考驗。時至今日，它依然較完整地保留了其原有的哥特式風貌。鑒于客觀的條件約束，本案既充分保留了其原有風格和基礎設施，又細致地考慮到了現(xiàn)代人的生活方式和使用性質(zhì)，提取其教堂原貌的設計元素，經(jīng)過仔細推敲變換，重新排列組合，呈現(xiàn)出了現(xiàn)在人們眼前的南京路55號。

The No.55 building in Nanjing Road, aNational A-Level Historical Relics Preservation Units, is one part of thehistoric architecture complex specially protected by Tianjin government. It wasa church built in the period of 1920s to 1930s. The project is organized andcompleted by Jewish. Standing for a century, it not only survives through wars,adapts to changes, but also passes through test of the nature. Up to nowadays,it keeps the original Gothic appearance completely. As for the restriction ofobjective conditions, this scenario fully keeps the architectural style andinfrastructure. In consideration of modern lifestyle and utility, the churchelements are abstracted, carefully studied, converted and rearranged. Finallythe No.55 Wine Club in Nanjing Road presented itself to people. 

▌萬達秀妍國際美容會所

Wanda Xiuyan International Beauty Club

本案采用新中式設計風格，將中式古典元素與玫瑰金不銹鋼相融合，手繪與墻布相糅合，加上一些直線條的運用，使得空間簡潔而不失尊貴。布局上大氣通透，公區(qū)和房間的空間融為一體，各功能區(qū)域?qū)挸ㄊ孢m，營造出一種低調(diào)靜雅的感覺，讓人身心舒適。

This scenario adopts the neo-Chinese style.Classical Chinese elements combined with rose gold stainless steel, free-hand sketchinfused with wallpaper, together with some straight lines, the space is concisebut also graceful. It is grand and transparent in layout. The public area isconnected with room as a whole. The functional areas are spacious and cozy, bringinga sense of elegance and quietness which makes people feel comfortable.  

▌湘企城堡娛樂會所

Xiangqi Castle Club

本案為集大型空中舞臺、空中特技表演場地、KTV 舞臺情境體驗為一體的娛樂會所，KTV 共設39 間包房，有獨立電梯直達每間包房，包房面積可達200 平方米。每間包房的設計風格以時間為線索，以中國遠古時期到近代的傳奇人物為背景，充分結(jié)合人文性與娛樂性。

This scenario is an entertainment club thatcontains a large-scale aerial stage, performance venue of aerial acrobatics,and KTV stage. KTV has 39 private rooms, with independent elevators directly toeach private room, and the private room area can reach 200 square meters. Thedesign style of each private room takes time as a clue and is based on legendsfrom ancient China to modern times, fully combining humanity and entertainment.
